This version is valid from January 1, 2024 until further notice. This service is provided by Nordstar Media Ltd Ltd and its service partners, as applicable. Please read these terms carefully before registering on the website and using the service. Before registering for the Service, you must confirm that you agree to these terms. Below you will find out how this confirmation is achieved.
1. CONFIRMATION / REGISTRATION
Nordstar Media Ltd Ltd ("Nordstar Media Ltd") offers a content portal with various games (the "Site" or "Website"). By registering on the Service, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms below ("Terms"), accepts our privacy policy and confirms that they are bound by the terms set out in the following paragraphs. By entering the PIN code, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. Nordstar Media Ltd sends an electronic confirmation of receipt of the order and a contract confirmation, for example via SMS or e-mail.
2. SERVICE / SERVICE
The service offered is a game where the puzzle pieces must be placed in the shortest possible time and with as few moves as possible to form the picture in question. The winner is the person who finishes the game with the least number of moves and the best time during a game period. The winner will receive a prize advertised on the Service's website. Each participant has the opportunity to play as many times as he/she wants (there is a fraud detection system that can prevent you from playing if fraud is detected). When the game period ends, all game results are reset and the next game period begins. The service is compatible with all current smartphones, tablets and computers. To use the Service, the Participant must register on the Website and pay for the Service. For this purpose, the participant will receive an SMS with instructions on how to register with the current mobile number. The one-time fee and applicable terms are therefore confirmed by the user with a PIN code that the user must enter on the website. This PIN code is sent to the user via SMS. This SMS also contains information about the fee. By entering the PIN, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms. An approved registration and payment gives the participant unlimited access to the competition via the website for 3 months. Due to maintenance work, access may be temporarily interrupted.
3. PARTICIPANTS
To use the service, the participant must be 18 years old and resident in Sweden. Each participant can only sign up for one registration per mobile number.
4. PAYMENT/COSTS/COMMITMENT
The one-time fee for using the service is SEK 398 and gives the user access to the service for 3 months. The user must ensure that he/she has the right to charge the mobile phone account he/she uses to pay for the service. The fee is deducted either from the mobile operator's monthly bill or directly via prepaid card from the mobile account. The one-off fee appears on the monthly phone bill from the mobile operator.
5. NO REFUNDS
The right of withdrawal generally gives the consumer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchased goods and services. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, such as e.g. B. this service, as delivery takes place immediately if you accept the terms of this service, which means that the right of withdrawal ceases.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Since this service is not a subscription, the user does not need to stop the service explicitly. Membership ends automatically after 3 months. If one of the parties violates the agreement to a significant extent, the other party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect. Nordstar Media Ltd may terminate the agreement at any time if the user does anything that may harm our platform or indicates an attempt at fraud.
7. USER RULES
Nordstar Media Ltd reserves the right to ban users who attempt to manipulate the page or otherwise take inappropriate actions that may affect the operation of the service. 8. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY Nordstar Media Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY All participants in the service agree that participation is at their own risk and Nordstar Media Ltd assumes no responsibility in the event of improper use of the service or the device used. Nordstar Media Ltd is not responsible for loss of data, late responses, delays, changes, tampering or errors in email communications or otherwise
